The Appliance Outlet (formerly named "Appliance Recyclers USA") is the backbone of Advantage Enterprises, Inc.  In short, we have reverse logistic contracts with H.H. Gregg, BrandSmart, Lowes, Best Buy, Sears and other appliance retailers and manufacturers.

When an appliance retailer delivers a new appliance, they will usually pick and haul away the used appliance.  This presents a disposal problem for the retailer.  We solve that problem.  Our trucking company picks up these appliances and electronics and delivers them to one of our warehouses where they are inspected and sorted.  Functional units are sold wholesale or retail.  Nonfunctional units are refurbished for sale.  Scrap units are broken down into component parts and recycled.  We also receive several thousand tons of materials through our landfill diversion initiatives, community clean-up programs and our community drop-off programs.  We recycle all waste and Freon gases as is required by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency.

Advantage Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated January 13, 1999.  Its primary stockholder is C. Scott McCorkle.  There are several other corporations closely related to Advantage Enterprises, namely, Community Recycling Solutions., American Safety Logistics LLC and The Appliance Outlet.

We own a fleet of delivery vehicles, box trucks and semi tractor-trailers to complete daily operations.  These are serviced in our own garage and maintained to strictly adhere to DOT regulations.
